Liposculpture or liposuction
Liposculpture, also known as liposuction, is the surgical procedure through which fat is permanently removed from certain parts of the human body. The fat is suctioned from the area using a small tube called a cannula.
If a man carries excess fat in the pubic area (mons pubis), it can hide part of the penis, making it look shorter than it is.
Through pubic liposculpture, excess pubic fat can be removed. This makes the penis look longer, because more of it can be seen.
Liposculpture is the most common cosmetic surgery procedure in the world. It is also the least complicated. With modern improvements, only local anesthesia is needed to prevent discomfort.
In addition, recovery is very fast. A person can have the procedure done on a Friday and be back to work the following Monday.
